Frage zu SOGIS-Adressen

Hallo zusammen, ich bin über die Waterways-Challenge in MapRoulette auf einen "Import" bei euch gestoßen. Es geht um die SOGIS-Addresses, dazu gibt es eine Wikiseite und einen speziellen OSM-Account: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Switzerland/SOGIS-Addresses http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/sogis_adressen Im Rahmen der MapRoulette-Challenge bin ich über sehr viele streams gestolpert, deren Richtung falschrum verläuft. Ich habe das etwas weiter untersucht und mir sieht die Verteilung von richtig zu falsch nicht gleichverteilt aus. Es sind zwar auch definitiv nicht alle streams falsch rum, aber aus meinen Stichproben geschätze 80-90% der streams aus dem SOGIS-Import fließen bergauf. Wer kennt sich denn da genauer aus? Ist es denkbar, dass da ein systematischer Fehler vorliegt und ihr da in einem Rutsch alle fixen könntet statt das aufwändig über einzelne Tasks in MapRoulette zu machen? Gruß, Peda --

DiDok, Fahrplanfelder & Co.

Hallo erst Mal Über Stephan (Merci!) habe von der Diskussion über DiDok, Fahrplanfelder, ODbL etc. gehört und mich eingelesen. Interessant allemal. Wir - d.h. die SBB - haben eine Studie zur Ablösung DiDok am Laufen. Konkret wird es mein Part sein, die Business-Anforderungen zu vertreten. Das ist auch der Grund weshalb ich die Diskussion mit grossem Interesse gelesen habe. Die von euch gemachten Anregungen nehme ich gerne mit auf (leider kann ich zum gegenwärtigen Zeitpunkt keine Aussage darüber machen, wie gross die Chancen sind, dass die Punkte schlussendlich Beachtung erlangen - wie gesagt, wir sind in der Studienphase. Auch über Termine kann ich aktuell noch keine Aussage machen). Ausserdem möchte ich noch erwähnen, dass sich die Studie nicht nur auf die Anforderungen auf das ICT-System beschränken, sondern auch Business-Prozesse analysiert werden. Gerne gehe ich auch auf Fragen zum bestehenden DiDok-System ein, sofern ich diese beantworten kann. Feel free. Gruss Rich

Liebe Mit-Mapper/innen, Unten die Antwort von Teddy. Hat jemand einen guten Vorschlag, wie/wo Teddy die Roh-Daten von Mobility hinlegen kann, damit jemand anders den Import machen kann? Oder lässt sich die Situation anders lösen? Gerne bin ich bereit die Standortdaten die Mobility zur Verfügung stellt an die OSM-Gemeinde weiterzuleiten. Auch darf OSM die Daten gerne verwenden, das habe ich mit Mobility abgeklärt. Ich bin jedenfalls gespannt, was dabei rauskommt. Und ich würde mich freuen, wenn ihr langfristig mehr Erfolg habt als ich. fahrplanfelder vs DIDOK (was: "update public transport stops")

Hello all, Well, the "fahrplanfelder data" is updated every week and contains all recent change in public transport stops (that are reported by the transportation agencies). This is the raw dataset that is also used at fahrplan.sbb.ch. For example, if a stop is temporarily out of service due to construction work, this is reflected in the fahrplanfelder-dataset (or should be). Additionally, not all stops at DIDOK are actually in service, in fahrplanfelder they are (or should be). Regarding license: This license is especially written with respect to schedule data: I assume that BAV and SBB want to make sure that people and organizations always use the latest schedule data. For example, a mobile app offering the service should regularly update the data so it shows correct schedules to the customers of the transportation agency. Do we agree that the data and the update frequency is valuable (which I'm convinced of)? If so, it would be worth asking if the stop data alone can be released in a ODbL compatible license.
