Swiss Topo Surface 3D not working anymore on JOSM

Dear all, The mentioned layer doesn't work anymore on JOSM on my side. This layer is quite useful to map roads in covered areas. Does anyone else also have the issue or have an idea about how to fix this?

Salut! Auch wenn Stefan gestern schon eine Mail verschickt hatte, hier nochmals eine mit etwas mehr Informationen: Wir haben die Daten für die nächsten Stammtische und Veranstaltungen etwas angepasst (das Wiki[1] ist meist schneller aktualisiert). Da es ein paar Events gibt die nächsten Monate haben wir die Stammtisch-Termine auf diese verschoben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den 17. November wo wir mit unserem Jahresend-Fondue auch das 10 Jährige bestehen der Swiss OpenStreetMap Association (Verein SOSM) feiern wollen. Differences in Municipalities to swissboundaries

Hi all. As far as I understand there was an Import of the Municipalityboundaries from swissboundaries at around 2011 [1]. There are also annual "Municipality Mergers" [2] for municipalities that were merged. Is there is also a defined workflow to keep changes on the geometries of the municipalityboundaries (admin_level=8) up to date in openstreetmap? For example, right now there are differences in Lakes like Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano and Lac Léman where the boundaries in osm follow the coastline but in swissboundaries the middle of the lakes. There are also other changes e.g. [3] that are not up to date in osm [4]. If there is no such workflow, I assume it is ok to adjust the border manually by following the vertexes of swissboundaries? Would the Welcome Tool <https://welcome.osm.be> (wiki page here <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Welcome_tool>) be helpful in welcoming and orienting new members? Simon, I thought I remembered you saying it was quite a bit of work sending the emails out the current way. (Resending with different subject line.)

New Membership Outreach

After the FOSS4G conference in Firenze, I realize I met many people who are in Zürich and maybe some other parts of Switzerland but not part of the SOSM community. What is the best way to point people to a welcome resource or give some kind of invite to join discussions? Should we consider any additional channels? Previously I proposed making a Facebook page (not group) which serves as a good way for me to use some advertising credit to promote the page to demographics in Switzerland as an advertisement. But ideally that's not the central place just a pointer toward mailing list and other places. Is there any newsletter that may be more consolidated than the mailing list (could link to top mailing list topics). I am still new but definitely interested to have a good link to send to people to get more involved if they are totally unfamiliar with mailing lists and need a point of entry.
