I am planning a mechanical edit to improve the DIDOK data imported over 4 years ago. I propose to delete all public transport stops which
1. were imported by user DidokImportCH 2. were never touched by anyone since then and 3. are not on the current DIDOK list any more
247 stops match this criterion. Here is a map with all stops that would get removed: http://umap.osm.ch/en/map/abandoned-public-transport-stops-from-didok-import...
Please have a quick look at the map if these deletions would make sense in your region (if there are any).

Sollen nur die Stationen gelöscht werden, welche einen blauen Marker mit Punkt haben?
In Chur wurden per aktuellen Fahrplanwechsel einige Stationen aufgehoben, bzw. neu geschaffen. Siehe Anhang bzw. http://www.buschur.ch/pdf/Flyer_neue_Linienfuehrung.pdf .
Wenn ich die betreffenden Stationen in Chur anschaue ( http://umap.osm.ch/en/map/abandoned-public-transport-stops-from-didok-import... ) sind sie rot umrandet, haben aber keinen blauen Marker mit Punkt.
Die Station "Post 1" (leicht westlich) ist in deiner Karte auch rot umrandet. Zwar ändern die Linien, welche diese Station bedienen, grundsätzlich bleibt sie jedoch erhalten.
Während ich das schreibe, überlege ich mir gerade, ob der Zusammenhang "rote Markierung" <-> "Aufzuhebende Station" Zufall ist und die roten Umrisse die Visualisierungen von Relation sind, dass die Stationen zusammengehören bzw. denselben Namen tragen...

Das ist so, das kommt nur von der Hintergrundkarte und soll die Zusammengehörigkeit der Stationen anzeigen.
Anscheinend hinkt da DIDOK noch etwas hinterher. Also gerne die betroffenen Haltestellen von Hand löschen.

Hi Michael, In your map is a bus_stop in my region, which is still active. This is a stop for some different routes, and so it should not be deleted: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/290260499

Thank you for the feedback. Indeed this station still exists in DIDOK with the same name, but with a different uic. It seems I need to check for this case that the uic changed. I will check how many stations that would affect.

Du darfst gerne alle löschen, von denen du weisst das sie nicht mehr existieren. Ich werde dann (wenn alle Fehler behoben sind) die löschen, die auf der Karte markiert sind. Wenn die dann schon gelöscht sind, um so besser :)
