Auf bern.ch (Stadt Bern und nicht Kanton) ist diese privacy policy verlinkt: https://www.bern.ch/disclaimer#datenschutz Was dort steht bezieht sich wohl aber vorallem auf ihre Homepage.

I’m not aware of any privacy policy of Opendata.Swiss. I can either add a link to https://opendata.swiss/en/legal-framework/ or https://opendata.swiss/en/terms-of-use/ would that be sufficient?
