You have to be logged in with your OSM credentials. There you can see the new license and accept it. Please note that the Contributor Terms are likely to change some more, mostly to clarify things for imports. I absolutely agree about the importance of relicensing and I'm glad to see that you have taken such an active interest.
I've changed the format of the list once more moving the names in the last row to make it human-readable with the tabs again. All the other rows remain unchanged.
