Hi,
It seems that routing.osm.ch doesn't understand bicycle-related tagging anymore, at least not cycleway:left=opposite_lane. For example, you can see that the part of Chemin de Chandieu described by way 25748537 http://www.openstreetmap.org/way/25748537 has this tag, but routing.osm.ch routes bikes around it as can be seen in this request http://osm.li/KS.
I would be very happy to see this fixed, given how much I like and use routing.osm.ch...
