It seems that routing.osm.ch doesn't understand bicycle-related tagging anymore, at least not cycleway:left=opposite_lane. For example, you can see that the part of Chemin de Chandieu described by way 25748537 has this tag, but routing.osm.ch routes bikes around it as can be seen in this request.
