Postauto-Haltestellen und DIDOK

Hoi zämä folgende Infos habe ich bekommen: DIDOK ist der Name des internen 'Haltestellen-Informations-Systems' der SBB. Sie verwalten scheinbar nicht nur selber damit intern, sondern auch für andere. So wie es aussieht, bekommt das BAV dann einfach einen speziellen Export. *********** Ich würde es als sinnvoll ansehen, Schnittstellen zu bauen und sich die Daten liefern zu lassen !!! *********** * Es gibt sehr-sehr viele Ausprägungen von Haltestellen (ich wiederhole mich) Wir können zwar brav immer wieder importieren, haben aber immer noch keine funktionelle Intelligenz * Dafür braucht es vielleicht eben bei Switch einen hoch-verfügbaren 'Primary-Server .... * auch unsere staatlichen und professionellen Kartographen könnten dann auch die schweizerischen Qualitäts-Ansprüche umsetzen (und wir würden kompetenter) Scheenä Sunndig Arthur

Hoi Arthur Ich weiss nicht genau, woher Nominatim diese Infos nimmt. Das kann vielleicht sonst jemand erläutern. Was ich aber gefunden habe ist folgendes: * Viele place nodes haben ein is_in tag. Da sind noch die Amtsbezirke drin. Du findest die z.b. mit http://taginfo.openstreetmap.ch/keys/is_in#values. Oder auch direkt mit der XAPI http://xapi.openstreetmap.ch:8080/xapi/api/0.6/*%5Bis_in=Amtsbezirk%20Bern,…] Mit JOSM remote control plugin könntest du diese in JOSM laden und entsprechend editieren. Ein automatisches update von OpenGeoDB wird wohl nicht mehr stattfinden habe ich mir mal sagen lassen. * es gibt noch place nodes mit den Amtsbezirken z.b http://osm.xiala.net:8080/xapi/api/0.6/*%5Bname=Amtsbezirk%20Bern%5D diese könntest du löschen. Tag for Coop City?

I just added the big Coop City in Sion, and since I go there to buy food I tagged it supermarket :) Clearly not appropriate for the big Coop/Migros multipurpose stores, how should it be tagged? Thanks! Mohamed

Orthophoto Fribourg

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know that the state of Fribourg was nice enough to let us use freely their orthophoto from the canton. They even set up a WMS server for us, at the following location: http://geo.fr.ch/wms/orthophoto_2005_fribourg.php? Further details are on the french Wiki page for Fribourg (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Switzerland:Fribourg). My german being what it is, I'll leave the translation to somebody else... Please make sure that you tag the elements you add based on this orthophoto with the appropriate "source" tag, as explained on the Wiki. I've already started fixing and adding things in the city of Fribourg, but a *lot* of work remains. I hope many people will use the photo to improve the map of the Fribourg canton. Michel.
