The winter snow will hopefully soon return closer to the urban areas, so I've quickly made a map about sledging: http://umap.osm.ch/en/map/sledging-in-switzerland_1105 (wait a bit until the overpass data gets loaded...).
I used the tag piste:type=sled and when looking at the map I see that western Switzerland seems to have no such pistes! Am I missing something? :-)

P.S. Speaking of this nice area Romandie there are two challenges "Missing Crosswalks of Vaud" and "Missing Crosswalks of Geneve" waiting to be solved (highway=crossing): http://maproulette.org/

Oh, yes: nice OpenSnowMap. My little uMap works now too and shows ways and relations as icon too! It was my fault that I did not recognize that I should let overpass convert ways to points (using "center" output command).
