It is (nearly) springtime and as every year we will holding our annual meeting sometime in the late March/April time frame, likely on a Saturday.

We will start the planning process at our board meeting this evening, but in any case we are open to suggestions where to hold it.

Traditionally we have always had a short formal session and then gone out and done some mapping, so the location should have something left to map :-). And in the past we have tried to hold it near the Romandie to make it easier for attendees from French-speaking Switzerland to attend, however the echo has been small, as a result that should not be such a large consideration this time around. Naturally good access via public transport is a must.
