This is just a heads up: I've asked the "Bundesamt für Umwelt" BAFU if we can have access to their "Rapid Mapping" imagery for the disaster areas which would be useful to at least block/remove infrastructure that has been permanently damaged and divert people using OSM based apps away from the affected areas.

Unluckily they haven't responded yet, so if anybody from the affected cantons / areas wants to coordinate adding some additional pressure on them, please get in contact with me.

PS: I have this niggling memory that a long time back we already tried to get access to their imagery in a similar situation but that they refused, does anybody remember?

The stuff that is not so really clear is attribution and downstream use. Not to mention that the WMS server doesn't seem to be really public, so you would need to fiddle around with the layer name and try to determine which projections are supported (we could easily reproject them with the SOSM mapproxy instance if necessary).
