I've updated the GWR street name list (see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_-_GWR_Street_and_Place_Names_Comparis...) to the BfS data from this November.

Overall the effect seems to be positive, comparing http://qa.poole.ch/ch-roads/namestats_road-2015-11-27.png to http://qa.poole.ch/ch-roads/namestats_road.png

This is likely to be due to improved categorisation on behalf of the municipalities, there are however some areas where coverage has gone down, please check these.

Overall we now 85% of the roads correctly named, compared to a very early on visualisation

the improvements are obvious.

As I've pointed out before there is still a lot of low hanging fruit that could be easily be checked and if necessary corrected. There are roughly 2'500 roads (2%!) which may have a small difference between official spelling and how the name is recorded in OSM and naturally some of these might be real typos.
