Hello,
We have had more neophytes test our instructions (link below) and have made significant changes. I had not expected that writing instructions could be this difficult, but the client is king.
One recurring issue is that first time users don't see the cross right away when they click on "Edit" and then "Point". I have put a link to a screen shot so that you understand what I am referring to.
Does anyone agree ?
Who manages the graphic chart for the OpenStreetMap website ?
Best regards,
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
here’s the project for the iD editor, which is the editing tool that appears when you press the ‘Edit’ button on the OpenStreetMap website: https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD Here’s their guidelines for filing bug reports and feature requests: https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/blob/2.x/CONTRIBUTING.md Their known bugs and pending requests are here: https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues
The iD project will certainly appreciate your feedback or other help. Thank you so much for doing this! Best, and happy holidays,
— Sascha
