Write to the user a personal message, or make a changeset comment explaining that this is no acceptable data source. Revert the changeset. Probably we should contact the user in German, I don't know if he/she understands English. I can write in German if you are not fluent in German. I can also revert the changeset if you don't know how to do this.

I sent ibuchi the following message. Additional Simon left a comment on the changeset. I am not familiar with reverting changesets. Could you do this for me?

Ich habe gesehen, dass du im Raum Oberdiessbach fleissig warst. Wilkommen bei OSM!
In einem Changeset (36207504) erwähnst du, dass du einen Strassennamen (" Freimettigenstrasse ") aus google.maps und search.ch übernommen hast. Leider ist dies für uns (OSM) nicht zulässig, da diese Quellen unter Copyright stehen (siehe auch [1]).
Wir werden deshalb diese Änderung rückgängig machen müssen. Wenn du diesen Strassennamen korrigieren möchtest, wäre eine kleine Radtour zum Strassenschild ideal.
Ich wünsche dir noch viel Spass bei, kartieren deiner Umgebung.
