Hello,
I'm never able to remember how to edit relations in JOSM when I need to. Do I miss a simple way to do it? I tried with the "Relations" menu, but I never understood how to create a relation with it. Is it usable? I was able to create relations with the relation editor, but its cumbersome. And when relations are created, I find it very difficult to see it on the map. Is there a relation view? Or maybe there is an editor that is easier.

NB: I ask these questions because I _might_ have broken one relation or two in Lausanne... ;)
This menu is for creating predefined relations I guess.
To view and edit relations, have a look a the relations Button on the edit toolbar. (http://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Help#JOSMinterface to see which part is named edit toolbar) The icon is a gear. If you click it, it opens/closes a dialog on the left side of the window. There you see all relations, you can add new and edit existing.
For visualizing relations, I don't know a good way. While editing relations, you can make marked relation members be highlighted in the main window. That is what I usually do to find the members.
