[talk-ch] Licence redaction in Switzerland "finished"

The redaction script has now been run on essentially all of Switzerland. While possible, I don't expect a 2nd pass.

Overall the data loss is minimal, but just as at global scale, there are a handful of hotspots that will need some attention. For now I suggest inspecting your local area for errors and fixing them (which you should be doing regularly anyway).

I would expect the tools to take a few days to reflect the changes, but at least OSMI and osmose should be up-to-date soon.
