While I'm adding stuff to the wiki, it might be a good idea to document the use of
highway=xx cycleway=lane
for the typical Swiss cycle lanes (dashed yellow line). This is contrary to what the German wiki specifies, but seems to be in widespread use here.
Any dissent?
