Maybe people are talking for example about the fountain on the corner of Lorrainestrasse and Schulweg, but not about the corner-of-Lorrainestrasse-and-Schulweg fountain (https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/5562045081). Even the inventory linked in the note tag doesn't mention any name.
