The data in Zug was "sponsored" by Zug as far as I know. I would like to contact Zug anyways (for the list of roads as well as those adresses) so I would ask the community to wait to import the data in Zug for a while. This way there should be less loose ends. (I doubt that we can avoid any of the problems by blaming openAdresses. That's not how copyright works.)

Yes, some are, but now the data belongs to openadresses. If they say they can give it for free, in my opinon they are responsible for that.
Anyway not all of the data is derived from google. And WE did not derive it from google.
I tried to sing up to their webforum to ask this question, but the forum seams dead; my account was never activated.
Did you try also: info (at) openaddresses.ch ?
