Hello
I'm proposing to move the name tag of the fountains in the city of Bern that don't end with "...brunnen", and thus are obvious descriptions, to the description tag.

100 fountains would be affected by this edit. If there is no opposition, I'm going to carry out this edit in 14 days.
Should I document this edit somewhere on the wiki?
