Hallo Marc,
WMS Dienst heisst http://wms.geo.admin.ch/? (also mit slash). Das Layer heisst "ch.bfs.gebaeude_wohnungs_register" und ist erst ab Masstab ca 1:25'000 sichtbar.
The question rahter is: What's the licence for this server? Is it really compliant to OA and/or OSM
