A further small change: I'm now expanding the boundaries by 20m. This addresses the issue of roads where only one side is in a municipality (just the houses) and the centre line is in the neighbour community. This increased the match count by roughly a further 230 roads.

I've updated the street data from the GWR to the December 2012 dataset. The overall changes are small however you may see differences at a municipality by municipality level.
