There are a lot of other tagging variants that aren't "correct", but have no practical consequences. For example there was a bunch of motocar=no, motorcycle=no, foot=yes, bicycle=yes on the other end of the hill I live on, ok doesn't really reflect the real legal situation (and incorrectly allows mofas), but it wouldn't stop hiking and bicycle routing (or force you to ignore the tagging).

PS: a funny example of correct but nonsensical tagging is widespread tagging of normal roads with boat=no and motorboat=no :-)
