Hi,
here I post a question about "General driving ban" http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:En:CH:Map_Features#General_driving_b...
vehicle=no. (As long as there is no additional sign underneath.)
Wheter it's highway=footway or highway=path is arguable, but it might also be any other highway.
