A car with a trailer is typically going to be smaller (not necessarily shorter) than a truck. The other problem is that I see a conflict down the road when we have actual trucks (not vans) with dedicated chargers (Tesla semi and so on).

So not totally convinced.

My suggestion would be "hgv=yes". That's what I usually tag when the parking for the charger is big enough for a truck to fit in.
