Thank for your help But not really. I already know that the way I see in osm - is a taged as tertiary road - have no rcrc_ref tag
What I'm looking for is a source/listing/website where I can lookup the road name to find the rcrc_ref
When this source 'll be found, your query 'll be usefull to fix a lot of roads with the same problem :-)
