[talk-ch] General problem with talk-ch Digest

Hoi, Gang,

Because this is a fault I have very,very rarely and always with mails 
from the same few senders, I do no longer wish to search the error on my 
installation and mention it here: Some un-English characters come 
distorted, i.e. " 2. Re: Z?rich HB: Velostation S?d (Andreas B?rki) " 
(here transcripted with an actual question mark)

I have again tried every method of character-encoding offered by 
Thunderbird 24.6.0 to no avail or applied it wrongly. At the moment I 
use Western (ISO 8859-1) that works just fine for all other mails. "Auto 
detect" offers several exotic encodings and "universal", but did not help.

Could somebody more savvy than me look into this on the sending end or 
could we agree to using "ae" "oe" "ue" für ä, ö and ü or do I just have 
to live with it?
