[talk-ch] 2013 municipality merger and other changes, Lebensdauer alter Gemeindegrenzen

Gibt es ein Verfalldatum der "old_boundarys"
Es macht ja nicht Sinn alte nicht mehr existierende Grenzen auf ewig zu erhalten. Schliesslich kommt auch niemand auf die Idee die Grenzen von vor dem 30-Jährigen Krieg in OSM zu erfassen.
OSM = Wiederspiegelung des Ist-Zustandes
Mein Vorschlag: Ein Jahr nach der rechtsmässigen Umsetzung einer Gemeindefusion die Grenzen endgültig löschen.
