Yes, I think that I've seen such stalls also in Germany and Austria.

So to summarize, the proposed tag scheme is:

amenity=fast_food
name=*
cuisine=chestnut
takeaway=yes
opening_hours=Mo-Su 11:00-21:00; Apr 01-Sep 30 off
