Hello

While working on the addresses of Canton of Bern I thought about the political situation around Moutier [1]. It seems like Moutier has decided to leave the Canton of Bern and join Jura. It isn't definitive yet but there is a good chance that Moutier eventually leaves at some date in the future. Belprahon and Sorvilier voted to stay in the last vote.

I just want to point out that if you don't know to map what community first or next then it might be a good idea to start/continue with those. Just to make sure the data is legally imported before they leave and the data becomes illegal or in a somewhat gray zone.
