post_office:type=voller Service
post_office:type=eingeschränker Service für Briefe und Pakete
post_office:type=eingeschränkter Service auf Pakete

Selbstverständlich kann dies jemand auch auf englisch übersetzen.

Viele grüsse

Hubert

Betreff: Re: [talk-ch] post_office:type (Re: Post office inside Migros)
Dear All

I survey three different shop with a "Die Post" desk inside, i found two different case:

Case 1: a desk for basic post task with a Migros employee behind the desk
Case 2: a self service desk with a kiosk computer inside a shop

I think the key described on the wiki page are not good for CH.

The second topic is My Post 24

My proposal is:

post_office:type=partner -> where partner could be Migros or CRAI with they own employees (Case 1)
post_office:type=partner_selfdesk -> where partner could be Migros or CRAI with a self station (Case 2)
post_office:type=automated -> for My Post 24

What you think about?
any others experience?

Hmm... wait, who is behind the desk? A 'Die Post' employee ? That's the difference in the 3 tags of the wiki page.

Thanks a lot for the wiki page!

I'm agree to have Swiss example...

Any idea for a concept?

French it is indeed, the concept there is more specific to very small villages (without a Migros).
The description fits well however, so it's a good idea to add a Swiss exemple on the wiki.

I actually have the same problem here, for now I've moved the post offcie in to the shop, but it would likely be better to invent a tag that can be added to the shop tags.

On small town Die Post is moving they own shop inside the Migros shop with only a small desk, in some case is only a self service computer in others case there is also an operator.

How you tag this kind of "Desk Post Office"

It seems there already is a tag for that: post_office:type=post_partner (to be used in combination with amenity=post_office)

The Wiki article http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:post_office:type seems a bit France*-specific, but the concept described matches closely enough, I'd say.

* At least I assume it's France. Could be any francophone country where the main post operator is called 'La Poste'.
