Yes, as I point out on the wiki page, it is wrong to assume that the GWR
name is always what we actually want to have in OSM.
For the stuff I've checked, I have:
- resurveyed the street (checked what is actually on the sign)
- checked that OSM has the non-abbreviated Version of what is on the sign
- if there is still a conflict with the GWR, added the GWR name as
official_name (not 100% satisfactory but better than leaving a false
positive around)
