OpenStreetMap License Change Phase 3 begins this Sunday. Any help getting this out to non-English speaking mailing lists much appreciated.

In summary: This only affects you if you are an OpenStreetMap contributor who registered before 12th May 2010 and have not taken part in our voluntary re-licensing program. Before being able to edit, you will have accept or decline new contributor terms.  To give time to get the word out, this does not take effect until Sunday!
