For some reason there are quite a few "non-closed areas" errors in Vevey:

It seems these are mostly non-closed buildings. Someone started to draw a building, but did not finish it.

I would start debugging by correcting these obvious errors one by one, to reduce the total number of errors. And, perhaps, in the process noticing more significant ones.

but some municipalities are not show, perhaps due to incorrect
use of the admin_level tag (villages node should not have it)
