While I'm fairly undecided on the question of if a textual location description is useful or not, could we at least use normal tag construction conventions?

So not

description:de:name 

or 

description:de:location

but

key:iso_language_code

And in line with other description tags (for example wheelchair:description):

key:description

So in this case

location:description:de
