Xavier, I think I mentioned it at the time (besides a thank you for the
support): adding the sources to
https://github.com/osmlab/editor-imagery-index is a good idea
(particularly if they are available via a tile server, if you so wish we
can proxy them via mapproxy.sosm.ch too). iD, P2 and vespucci users will
then automatically have them available.
