I store geojson files on server as client side overpass querying is not sufficiently reliable - in addition to the fact that it is apparently frowned upon.

for one shoot : maybe, I don't known this tools.
but to keep a uptodate database : not.
Database can be keep up-to-date via diff and
you can of course filter diff to only keep fountains.
what does the server do with the result?
I thought it was every user/app doing a query with a limited bbox
around.
