I know feel that this isn't exactly the best place to ask this, but on the tasks.osm.ch website only this mailing list and the IRC chat for Switzerland is mentioned as contact details.

So recently I found out about an old out-of-copyright imagery from 1940s to 1960s which contained house numbers and building outlines for London. [1][2][3]

Currently, in the UK there is no open data address or building source, so this is amazing. However, the caveat is that they are photos of paper maps, so it is only available in raster form. This means it has to be added manually.

The best way, I think, to add this imagery is via a tasking manager.

Rob from OSM UK suggested that I try creating a task on the swiss tasking mangaer as it is not limited to Switzerland.

Here are a few requirements for this project:

1. Project outline need to be able to be created from the boundary of the imagery.

2. Need to be able to mark imagery as "Bad imagery" (like you can do in the HOTOSM tasking manager). This is because, since this iamgery is so old, in many places construction will have taken place since then, rendering the imagery obsolete. This, in my opinion, is why a tasking manager is so useful, because it can help keep track of which areas are covered by the imagery and which ones aren't.

3. Need to be able to send the imagery to JOSM or iD (just like HOTOSM tasking manager). In HOTOSM tasking manager, if you select a task that requires custom imagery to map, it will open iD with the custom imagery, or send the task to JOSM with a tms layer for the custom imagery.

Can someone guide me on how to create a tasks.osm.ch project with all the features?

Thanks for the help,
