Je n'ai pas vu ce genre de possibilité dans overpass.

Si tu ne souhaite qu'un petit extrait, cible les associatedStreet
[out:csv (name; false)];
relation[type=associatedStreet]["name"]({{bbox}});
out 100;

Ou sous linux : cat fichier.csv | uniq
