Hi all

There are currently some issues with Swiss sources in the editor-layer-index: https://rbuffat.github.io/eli_watchdog/ > europe / ch.

The following sources point to https://osmdata.asitvd.ch/*, but have no license URL set:
- Cartoriviera - Orthophoto 2012
- Fiez Orthophoto 2013
- Lausanne - Orthophoto 2016
- SIGIP - Orthophoto 2012

The Kanton Solothurn (SOGIS) WMS source is broken. I created a PR in https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/pull/838 to fix that. I would be happy if somebody could review it.

Some sources of the city of Zurich are broken or miss a license url, I created a PR for that and would again welcome any review: https://github.com/osmlab/editor-layer-index/pull/861

Kanton Basel-Landschaft 10cm (2015) and Kanton Basel-Stadt 2015 have no license url set. Both use mapproxy.osm.ch. For Basel-Landschaft, https://www.baselland.ch/politik-und-behorden/direktionen/volkswirtschafts-und-gesundheitsdirektion/amt-fur-geoinformation/geoportal/dokumente_generell/dokumente_generell/Nutzungsbedingungen_GBD_BL_V3p2.pdf could maybe be used as license url. However, it contains the term "Voraussetzung für den Bezug und die Nutzung von Geobasisdaten des Kantons Basel-Landschaft bildet das Akzeptieren dieser Nutzungsbedingungen durch die Datenbezügerin oder den Datenbezüger." So not sure if a special waiver is required.

The source for Geneva is broken. I created a PR to add the current orthophotos and terrain reliefs, but I would be especially glad if a French native speaker could review the opendata terms:

Furthermore, the Canton of Neuchâtel has a WMS Server and at the bottom mentions OSM, but there seems to be no layer added to ELI. https://www.ne.ch/autorites/DDTE/SGRF/SITN/geoportail/Pages/Service-WMS.aspx

I did not yet look closely at the license terms though.
