The Open Knowledge Conference or OKCON for 2013 will take place in Geneva 17th & 18th September.

I can't be there unfortunately - but some of the main organizers (opendata.ch) keep me up-to-date. So, just wondering: 

Is somebody there from OSM (see [1])?

What is the relationship of OSM and The Open Knowledge Foundation?
