I guess this is a bug in the render style. You could try to split the round course up into two lines, maybe then it renders. But on an unrelated note, rc_car stands for those little remote controlled cars I guess? I'm not sure that highway=raceway is appropriate for that road. A raceway feels like something huge. On the other hand it is also documented for motocross, which not so huge.
