We will try to have native language screen shots for all six languages before the beginning of March which is the World water month. 

Even with our best efforts at making the instructions clear, the difficulty in adding new fountains in OSM and photos in Wikimedia Commons for many non-technical people will be an insurmountable barrier....

You can change the language in your settings on osm.org. The language is
initially filled by your browser settings. You can click on you user
name (top right), there select My settings. On the subsequent page, see
Preferred Languages which are just a list of the usual two letter
abbreviations (like the ones used by http for Accept-Language)
