While editing the A5/A6 in Brügg BE I found the following tag on the trunk in Brügg: "cs_dir:backward" https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/5020397#map=19/47.11977/7.27767

I searched the wiki and found nothing. Corresponding to Taginfo that tag/key combination exists in Switzerland only: https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/cs_dir%3Aforward#values

Does anyone know what for it is?
