It seems there already is a tag for that: post_office:type=post_partner (to be used in combination with amenity=post_office)

The Wiki article http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:post_office:type seems a bit France^*-specific, but the concept described matches closely enough, I'd say.

^* At least I assume it's France. Could be any francophone country where the main post operator is called 'La Poste'.
