[talk-ch] Charging for e-cars with trailer

A car with a trailer is typically going to be smaller (not necessarily 
shorter) than a truck. The other problem is that I see a conflict down 
the road when we have actual trucks (not vans) with dedicated chargers 
(Tesla semi and so on).

So not totally convinced.
