An other observation was that on a certain place they have two more or less identical nodes. https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/7004538638 and https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/4962130735. 
This first one is the shop itself and the second one the living house of the farmer which is the contact point when the shop is closed.

Bonjour,

un point de vente ne produit généralement rien et c'est donc une erreur de mettre procude=* la seul exeption est une machine qui produit et vend du pain ou des pizzas.
procude=* est plutot pour le champs ou l'usine de transformation.
éventuelement sur le landusse=faryard si on ignore le lieu de production précis
