Anbei ein Proposal für "Notfalltreffpunkt" mich würde interessieren 
welche ähnliche "Einrichtungen" in anderen Ländern existieren, und ob 
man das Tagging verbessern könnte.

Ci-joint une proposition de "point de rencontre d'urgence" je serais 
intéressé de savoir quelles "installations" similaires existent dans 
d'autres pays, et si l'on pourrait améliorer le tagging.
